(11/17/1999) --- In the waning afternoon light, cranes secure the P3 truss on the transporter while a tractor and driver wait to move it to the Operations and Checkout Building. The second port-side truss is a segment of the International Space Station (ISS), scheduled to be added to the ISS on mission STS-115 in 2002 aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis. P3 will be attached to the first port truss segment (P1)
